Join us in this 3 hour workshop where we will take an in-depth look at both the structure and alignment of the body, to learn about the “Domino Effect” and how it can contribute to over/under-use of muscles. You will discover that no two dancers are alike, by breaking down the different body types and how they should affect your teaching approach. Using a thorough student evaluation process, you will come away with a guide for deciphering the missing links in your students, while gaining confidence in seeing what areas of the body may be keeping your dancers stuck or prone to injury. Remember, you can’t fix what you can’t see.
